Sweet Spirit Farms is proud to present our very own nutritious and delicious tropical granola. We use the freshest and most wholesome ingredients, packed with plenty of vitamins, proteins, and minerals. Plus it's not only good for you, it tastes great too. The tropical fruits, all grown and dried in Hawaii, make our granola very special and unique. Pineapple, gourmet mangos, and tree-ripened bananas combine with Hawaiian macadamia nuts glazed with fresh Hawaiian ginger, to bring you the delightful flavors of our tropical island. Toasted unsweetened coconut adds the final touch.
The organic rolled oats are a great source of fiber, protein and iron. Sunflower, flax, and sesame seeds plus wheat germ provide extra crunch and flavor along with minerals and fiber. Only canola oil is used so there are no trans-fats and a high content of omega-3. We found a wonderful raw honey that is locally raised and harvested by bee keepers up the road from our farm. This natural honey from Lehua flower blossoms of the Ohia trees, is pure, raw, and unfiltered to preserve the rich nutrients and live enzymes that nature provides.

Many years ago while living in New Orleans, Louisiana, I enjoyed the wonderful taste of pecan pralines. After coming to Hawaii, I decided to experiment with creating a praline containing tropical ingredients instead. Using my mother’s treasured recipe, and using the same cookware she used to make countless batches of pralines for friends and family at Christmas time, her traditional Louisiana-style pralines have been transformed into a delectable taste of Hawaii. My mother always loved Hawaii and enjoyed the islands for many years, so I know she would approve of my adaptations in paradise. Fresh and crunchy Hawaiian macadamia nuts, 100% Kona Coffee, and 100% Hawaiian Vanilla combine flavors with sugar, butter, and cream to give you a praline like no other. Sweet Spirit Farms Ginger Glazed Mac Nuts make a delicious snack. The crunchy macadamia nuts, which are Hawaii grown, are glazed with fresh Hawaii ginger and sugar to create a wonderful flavor combination for your enjoyment. We decided to offer these special nuts due to popular demand when customers discovered them in our new Tropical Fruit & Nut Granola. They are available in 5.5 oz packages and you may not want to order just one--they can become addicting.
Sweet Spirit Farms Dried Bananas are a delicious fat free treat, all natural and Hawaii grown. They are soft and chewy and make a great snack straight from the package. Dried bananas are 99% fat free and cholesterol free, providing a good source of potassium, vitamin C, and dietary fiber. Plus they taste so good, you can’t eat just one! The type of bananas we offer will vary depending on what is harvested on the farm and supplies may be limited. There are two major groups of bananas that grow here in Hawaii. The Cavendish group are very tasty when dried, prompting comments such as "It tastes just like banana bread!" The Brazilian group, which includes the mistakenly termed Apple Banana as we call it here, has a nice sweet, yet tangy, flavor and wonderful texture. The banana slices are sprinkled with a touch of lime juice prior to drying to enhance the flavor and maintain the color. Our bananas are the best—you’ll find out soon enough.
