Our coffee production capabilities continually grow. Our new coffee mill is so efficient, processing over 50,000 pounds of coffee cherry to date. Aloha and welcome to Sweet Spirit (Lani Onaona) Farms on the Big Island of Hawaii. Our eleven-acre Kona Coffee Plantation is a registered Estate Farm located in the southern region of the Kona Coast, overlooking the beautiful Pu'uhonua o Honaunau (Place of Refuge). From this sacred place on the ocean, a spirit of peace emanates up the hill to Sweet Spirit Farms. Our family owned and operated coffee farm is ideally located at 800 feet elevation within the Kona Coffee Belt.

This geographical region is sheltered between the slopes of two volcanoes (Hualalai and Mauna Loa), and is the only place where the world famous Hawaiian Kona coffee is cultivated. Sweet Spirit Farms main crop is 100% Kona Coffee, and the coffee trees thrive on the rich volcanic soil, ample rainfall, bright morning sunshine, and natural cloud cover that all contribute to producing one of the finest gourmet coffees in the world. We carefully tend our Kona coffee from the very beginning: growing a tiny sprout from the superior Arabica bean to a mature tree, then selectively hand picking the coffee cherry, processing and roasting the bean to perfection, to bring you the unmistakable taste of the exquisitely aromatic and flavorful Kona coffee.

We only sell 100% Kona Coffee, and only what is grown on our own farm (Estate coffee). The perfect year round climate in South Kona is not only great for growing our Kona coffee. It also provides excellent growing conditions for Sweet Spirit Farms tropical fruits. We are farming five different types of gourmet mangos, yellow and white pineapple, macadamia nuts, papaya, bananas, starfruit, figs, limes and many other tropical fruits.
